Rapid Adaptation: Reimagining TOMS’ Impact Report During Transition
Amidst organizational transitions at TOMS, quickly updating the Impact landing page became a key objective. I took ownership of this project, navigating the challenges of a lean team and the simultaneous onboarding of a new platform. Success depended on significant adaptability and effective management across various workstreams.

- Managed project execution, developing the launch plan, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery.
- Coordinated cross-functional stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and set expectations.
Design & Development Integration
- Designed responsive wireframes using new TOMS branding and existing platform components.
- Collaborated with visual designer for seamless integration of wireframes and brand style.
- Used platform AI for Figma code generation, followed by code refinement in the page builder.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Rigorously tested landing page performance across platforms.
- Managed stakeholder approvals to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ensured the online experience met ADA compliance standards.
