American Apparel Reservations
In its heyday, American Apparel needed a way to get its deep product selection out to its brick and mortar stores. The solution: a way for customers to reserve their exact t-shirt color and size online and then pick it up at the store. Built fully in-house, I worked with several teams throughout the company to create a three-prong experience for online customers, in-store sales representatives, and the administrative sales team.
